He's working since eight years for Delico and since 15 in gastronomy business. Furthermore he has to write this text by himself and doesn't like it all.

 

His first "professional" food serving happened in a small comedy venue in Munich, where he met the first (pretty local) stars. That was his entry to the show biz at the tender age of 16 & he never came off.

After a little three year break to absolve a classical training in one of Munich's top hotels, Delico (respectively Woody) called...

 

From tiny gigs in Zurich to mayor events, like Rock im Park, & big Europe tours he experienced the full range of Delicos goodies.
